We also collect some information automatically when you use our website, such as your browser type, device type, pages viewed, time spent on pages, referring website and an approximate location based on your IP address.
How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to your enquiries and schedule consultations and site visits.
- Prepare estimates, proposals and contracts that you request.
- Plan, permit, schedule and complete your project.
- Communicate with you about appointments, progress, invoices and warranties.
- Send newsletters and updates to subscribers.

Why We Process Information
We process personal information because it is needed to respond to your requests and provide our services, because you have given consent, such as when you subscribe to our newsletter, because we have a legitimate interest in running and improving our business, or because the law requires it.
Information in Estimates and Contracts
When we prepare an estimate or contract, we may record details about your property, such as measurements, photos of existing conditions, the location of utilities and notes about access. We use this information only to plan and complete your project, answer warranty questions and meet our record keeping obligations. If you decide not to proceed, we keep only what we need for a reasonable period and then delete it.
Analytics and Advertising
We may use analytics services to understand which pages and articles are most helpful and how visitors find us. These services may collect information such as pages visited, time on site and device and browser details. We may also use limited advertising tools to show information about our services to people who have visited our website. You can limit this activity through your browser settings, available opt out tools or by blocking cookies.
Calls, Texts and Emails
If you give us your phone number or email address, we may contact you about your enquiry, appointments and project updates. We send marketing text messages only with your consent. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time. We may still contact you about active estimates, projects and warranties.
Project Photos
We may take photos of our work to record progress and quality. With your permission, we may share photos of completed projects on our website or social media without publishing your name or address. You can ask us not to use photos of your home at any time.
How We Protect Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. However, no method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law, including California's data breach notification law.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, honouring warranties, resolving disputes and meeting legal and accounting requirements. When it is no longer needed, we securely delete it or remove details that identify you.
Your Choices and Rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to certain legal exceptions. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will not treat you differently for making a request.
You can also browse most of our website without identifying yourself, decline optional cookies, unsubscribe from marketing emails and ask us not to use photos of your home.
Keeping Your Information Accurate
We want the information we hold about you to be accurate and up to date. If your contact details, property address or communication preferences change, please let us know. Accurate information helps us schedule visits correctly, send estimates and documents to the right place and keep you informed about your project.
Third Party Service Providers
Some of the service providers we use, such as email, hosting and scheduling platforms, may process personal information on our behalf. We expect these providers to protect your information, use it only to provide services to us and follow applicable laws. They are not permitted to sell your information or use it for their own marketing.
California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, when it applies to us. These may include the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, the right to request deletion or correction of your personal information and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell your personal information. You may exercise any applicable rights by contacting us, and you may use an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
California's Shine the Light law also allows California residents to ask whether we have shared personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. We do not share personal information in this way.
Children's Privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us so that we can delete it.
Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers offer a Do Not Track setting. Because there is not yet a common industry standard for responding to these signals, our website does not currently respond to them.
Links to Other Websites
Our website may link to other websites, embedded maps and social media platforms. We are not responsible for how those third parties handle personal information, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new revision date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
